      Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Equipment Manufacturing Passed Acceptance for Key Technology Research Project by Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu

      On September 29, 2022, Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu organized an acceptance meeting for the key technology research project of Plasma Treatment Equipment for Waste Ash of Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. at the headquarters of CNTY in Hai’an.

      The Plasma Treatment Equipment for Waste Ash project was approved in April 2020 by Jiangsu Province with a research period of two years. The acceptance review team was organized by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and included nine top experts in the industry, including Wang Sheng, Chief Engineer of Guodian Environmental Protection Research Institute, and Yu Jianghua, Vice President of School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology.

      At the review meeting, Dr. Li Yaojian of Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Equipment Manufacturing made a technical report on the project details. The expert group then inspected the site and reviewed the relevant technical documents. After thorough discussion, the expert group accepted the project and agreed that company’s technology is at a world leading level and is the first of its kind in China.

      The energy-saving and environment-friendly system uses plasma technology to treat fly ash from domestic waste incineration and bottom slag from hazardous waste incineration, realizing "zero landfill" of waste ash. After years of innovative research and development, the company has developed plasma melting technology and advanced equipment, which has reduced secondary pollution caused by fly ash. The innovative formula can recover the fly ash-containing glass matter to produce building materials, and recover the chlorine salt in fly ash to make snow melting agent. The thermal shell technology helps to achieve a high level thermal management for melting furnaces, effectively reducing operating costs.
